YuPlan Experiences (YuPlanX) is an online platform and marketplace that allows people to instantly list, discover and book short-term activities and experiences in Zimbabwe. With us YuPlan your best experience your way!

YuPlan connects venue owners with versatile and unique spaces to people looking to host an event ranging from a small gathering and corporate launch to a conference, a wedding and more!

YuPlan also connects talented and passionate hosts with people who look to immerse themselves in unique and fun experiences in Zimbabwe through YuPlan Experiences (YuPlanX).

YuPlan publicly shares a call to list for venue owners and managers. In addition to this, the YuPlan Venuesteam engages its network of scouts, affiliates and researchers who are privy to unique spaces which are vetted and added to the platform.

YuPlan publicly shares a call to list for experience hosts. In addition to this, the YuPlan Experiences team engages its network of scouts, affiliates and researchers who are privy to unique experiences which are vetted and added to the platform.

YuPlan’s database is updated constantly and new listings are added to the platform almost daily.

YuPlan researches, sources and lists the spaces and experiences on the platform. All listings on the platform are reviewed by the YuPlan team that then select those that meet the internal criteria and present the element of uniqueness. YuPlan was founded by a team that is passionate about offering value across various categories and creating mutually beneficial opportunities for all who use the platform.

Experience Hosts

We understand that life happens and unexpected events occur. Should you cease to communicate within 48hours with a reasonable explanation, we may suspend your account and issue a fine of 50% of your earnings from your next booking.

Should you continuously miss experiences, we may suspend or terminate your account. This action may or may not be reversible after a pre-communicated period of time.

Yes, you may add a co-host to your experience. Make sure to mention their name in the detailed description and add pictures of them in the gallery on your experience profile.

Yes, of course! Anyone is welcome to book, pay and attend any experience listed on the YuPlan Experiences platform.

Fees & Payments

Payouts are typically released 24 hours after the experience guest has checked-in to the experience (after the experience is set to start). The money generally arrives in the selected account within 1 to 7 business days. Should you face delayed payments for an experience you host, kindly email financexp@yuplan.co

YuPlan keeps a commission of 20% per experience booking conducted on the platform. The remaining balance less transfer charges will become the payout that is transferred to your chosen account as a payout. This payout will be up to 80% of the total experience fee or the experience per guest.

You may select your preferred payout method between bank transfer, ecocash transfer or cash collection through InnBucks.

Trust & Safety

Bookings occurring through our platform are monitored by our team regularly. Some bookings may require that guests provide identity document before proceeding as this is used as a way to verify that guests are of legal age to transact, book and/or partake in experiences that may have a minimum age requirement.
This measure is in place to protect all parties involved in the transaction.

Kindly note that failure to comply and produce an identity document upon verification request may result in a cancellation of a booking or a de-listing of a venue or experience.

Yes, both host and guest may ask each other to present an identity document before the booking can proceed for both venue and experience bookings. It is a priority for us that all parties feel comfortable. If a venue owner or host refuses to share their documentation upon arrival following a reasonable request, please inform our team by emailing info@yuplan.co or messaging +263 78 780 4538.

⦁ A valid government-issued ID document such as a valid passport, Identity card or driver’s license.
⦁ A profile photo that matches the identity of the authorised representative
⦁ Expired documents will not be accepted

YuPlan will have access to the information submitted through the verification process in order to fulfil its KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.

As of 1 September 2022, all new venue owners and hosts have to conduct identity verification for their authorised representative in order to allow for successful payouts and continued operation on the YuPlan platform.
